    Here are some answers to our most asked questions :-) If you can't find an answer to your question, or solution to your problem, feel free to email us:

    Shipping Shipping

    Yes, we ship worldwide! Most countries have two international shipping options, Express and Standard. Our Express carrier is DHL Express (who can deliver in only 4-6 business days), and the Standard option utilises a combination of Australia Post and your local postal service in your country.

    Our Shipping costs DO NOT include your country or region specific Taxes and Duties, unless clearly outlined.

    If you are concerned about a delay in your shipping, get in touch with our customer service team via with your order number and they we'll look into what could be causing the delay. If your package has been marked as delivered, and you have not received it, please email our customer service team IMMEDIATELY. 

    • Will I Receive a Tracking Number?

      Yes! All orders will receive an email with an online tracking link. This will link you directly to DHL Express or Australia Post, were you can follow your new Moana Bikini’s journey to you. If you have ordered with International Standard shipping, you can also use this same tracking number with your local carrier, to track the parcel more accurately once the package reaches your country.

    • When Will My Order Arrive?

      Domestic Postage

      All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once an order has been placed and payment/s are received, the order will be sent within 1-3 business days. Orders within Australia may take anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive to its receiver from date of dispatch. Moana Bikini is not responsible for the theft or damage of a parcel/article once it has been delivered. The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to MOANA BIKINI marked as unclaimed. MOANA BIKINI does not offer free shipping back to the customer.

      International Postage

      We offer up to three International shipping options, depending on where you are located.

      International Priority - this is our premium shipping options, shipped via DHL Express and guaranteed to arrive within 4-6 business days (or we will refund the shipping cost altogether!) How good is that!?

      International Express- carried by a combination of Australia Post and the local carrier in your country (eg. USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail) using their express service, which should arrive between 4-10 business days from dispatch.

      International Standard - this is our most affordable option, also carried by Australia Post and your local carrier, but using standard service. This option should arrive between 10 - 21 business days from the date of dispatch.

      All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of your order being confirmed.

      Should there be any issues with your parcel not arriving within this time frame, please email where you will be supplied with a tracking reference number to locate the whereabouts of your parcel.

    • Can you send without Signature on Delivery?

      We ship all our packages with a signature requirement when possible, to ensure the safe delivery of your new Moana Bikinis. It is your responsibility as the customer to keep an eye on the tracking and ensure that you are available to sign for your package either upon delivery, or to collect it in person. The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to Moana Bikini marked as unclaimed. Moana Bikini does not offer free shipping back to the customer. Moana Bikini is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery, and the customer accepts full responsibly for any loss or damage to these items.

    Sizing Sizing

    There are a couple of ways that you can size yourself for your new Moana Bikini! Our size guide will give you a general idea of where you are going to fall within our sizing range, but please remember - it is only a guide!

    The best way to establish your correct size, is to get some help from the experts - our fabulous customer service angels! Not only are these babes wizards at sizing you online, but they also know our collections better than anyone, and can give you an idea of styles that will work best for your gorgeous body!     • Can I purchase a set with a different sized top and bottom?

      Unfortunately our sets cannot be split up, but luckily we have a large number of matching separates that can be purchased individually so you can choose a different size for top and bottom. A number of our sets are also adjustable, so you quite possibly may be able to fit into a set size for both pieces anyway. Our customer service team will be happy to advise you whether the set you have your eye on will work for your gorgeous curves, or recommend some separates that will have you looking just as flawless!

    • Do all Moana Bikinis fit the same way?

      All of our lady lumps are so beautiful and unique, it is impossible for one style to fit everyone the exact same way! So, with that in mind, our each style of Moana Bikini is designed to fit slightly differently on the body. This allows us to accommodate more body types, and while it shouldn’t affect your sizing too much, it might mean you could vary half a size between styles, especially if you are in between sizes. Again, our customer service team are always there to guide you when trying a new style!

    • I haven't worn a bikini in year, where do I even start?

      Don’t worry, we’ve got you, boo! If you send an email with your bra size and a recent photo of yourself through to our amazing customer service babes will be able to give you some personalised sizing advice and help you find the perfect size and style to have you feeling like the beautiful goddess that you are!  

    Returns Returns

    To begin your Return, please access our Returns Portal HERE.

    PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID, some shipping services are not returning items back to Australia at the present time. We don’t want you to have to ship at extreme rates and / or wait for a long time tp have your return processed. Please reach out if you are worried about the shipping options available to you.

    We will happily accept bikinis purchased from in their original, clean and unworn condition with all tags attached for a store credit. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags still attached. Please do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.

    You have 20 days from the day you receive your item(s) to qualify for a store credit. Please note: discounted items are not eligible for store credit. All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotion code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

      Once we receive your returned items, please allow 1-4 business days for your return to be processed and store credit to be issued. You will receive an email notifying you whether your return has been accepted or declined. Moana Bikini reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the item(s) back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by our returns policy.

      If we have accepted your return you will receive two emails. One notifying you that your item(s) qualify and another issuing the store credit equal to the value of the product being returned. The store credit will be valid for a period of 3 months.

      Until we integrate our new Returns Software over the coming weeks, all customers are responsible for postage payments. We will not refund the shipping costs. We will issue a store credit for the complete cost of the returned item, however, and Moana will cover postage costs will be in the event of a faulty or incorrectly posted item.


      We do not give refunds for change of mind. However, we are happy to issue you with a store credit, or size exchange upon return of your Moanas. If you would like to exchange something for a different style, or the item(s) you want are out of stock, please return the original item(s) for a store credit and place a new order.

      If the customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment, please return the product as per the return instructions. Shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Please note, if the customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty garment this voids the return. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unused and all sanitary pads and swing tags attached.


      All items that have been reduced in price cannot be returned. No exceptions can be made. This includes using discount and promotion codes* or shopping promotional items like Mystery Boxes. We understand that there is a risk when purchasing sale items, so be sure to look at out sizing chart for guidance in choosing the correct size or if you have questions feel free to contact our customer service team.

    Fabric Care Fabric Care

    Oh hello there, Moana Babe! This is a message from your new MOANA BIKINI!

    After a big day looking fabulous, it is important to rise me in cold, fresh water, as soon as you take me off, and hang or lay me somewhere in the shade to dry.  Do not leave me rolled up wet or in the heat such as a car or bag. I like my privacy, so if I do need a wash, hand washing me with a mild detergent, in cold water, is my favourite! Please do not tumble dry me, dry clean me, iron or use bleach on me - this can give me a headache! Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can cause pilling of my pretty fabric. Too much chlorine, and certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and fake tan may stain or damage me so make sure to not let me spend too much time in these environments be careful what chemicals I come in contact with. And, remember, MOANA BIKINI will not take me back if I have been washed or worn.

    • Can I wear my Moana Bikini in chlorinated/hot water?

      Yes, but be careful. High amounts of chlorine, extended time in chlorine and/or hot/heated water (hot tubs, *cough cough*) can affect the integrity of the fabric. Don’t worry - you can still wear your Moanas in these environments for short periods, but it is SUPER important to make sure you rinse your bikini with cold, fresh water immediately after you get out of the water. We recommend soaking your bikini in clean water for 5-10 minutes to ensure all the chemicals are gone before laying her out to dry.

    • Will the white fabric go see-through when I get it wet?

      No, our white swimwear will not go see through - our team tested it very vigorously to make sure that the material is thick enough to maintain opacity when wet.

      Not only do we use only the highest quality Italian lycra with memory fit technology and four-way stretch, but all our swimsuits are also seamless and reversible (meaning they are doubled layered).

      As with any swimwear, when the material is wet, it will mould to the shape of your curves and cause a shadow, but no colour changes will be visible through the fabric. 

      Note: Please be super careful with wearing certain sunscreens with your white pieces. We are all for being sunsafe, but certain chemicals in some sunscreens can react with the minerals in hard water and cause a yellow or rust-like stain on white fabric. Try to look for products that don’t contain ingredients ending in “zone” such as “Avobenzone” or “Oxybenzone” - which is better for our reefs anyway!

    • Will the bright colours run when I wear my Moana Bikini?

      Due to the super bright pigment of our neon pieces we have to use a higher dye concentrate to colour the fabric, and it is possible that some colour could run for the first few wears in chlorine. This is caused by the chemical reaction of the chlorine coming into contact with the dye, and causing a small amount to lift from the fabric.

      We recommend you rinse your Moanas in cold fresh water, to get the chemicals out of the fabric and stop the colour continuing to run as soon as you get out of the water. Just as chlorine will cause the colour to run, if you rinse the chemical out of the fabric, the colour will not be carried in the fresh water.

Then, you can use points to create discount codes for $ off your next Moana Bikini purchase - WOOHOO!

    • How do I view My Club Moana information?

      There should be a little blue icon in the shape of a shopping bag on the bottom left corner of your screen that says “Club Moana”. If you click on this button, it will open a pop-up window where you can either set-up an account and/or log into your account and see all your relevant information.


      Okay girl, don’t stress! Your points are still safe and sound. Sometimes if you redeem points but then don't go through with an order, it looks like they're missing, but they're not! They just live in a different place now.

      What you have done is converted some of your Moana points into a discount code, which you can use anytime you want on future orders!

      You can view all of your current, availably discount codes by heading to the “My Rewards” section of your Club Moana - and don’t worry, these discount codes do not expire, so no rush to use her!

      When you re ready to use your code, just pop in the code and the amount will be taken off your total!

    • CAN I Receive points for past orders?

      Once you create your Club Moana account, you should be able to see any points awarded for previous orders. However, older orders might not show up in your system. If this is the case, just send and email through to our customer service team with your previous order numbers, and we can add your points in manually.*

      *Please Note: All orders placed before your club Moana account was created will attribute points as if the customer is on BABE status, and if the order is over one year old, half points will be awarded.
